Which portal should I use?
Choose by what you are doing today. One secure login may have more than one authorised profile, but personal customer records and vendor organisation records remain separate.
Customer Portal
Use this for buying, orders, receipts, delivery details and customer support.
If you also work for a vendor, use a private or personal email for personal purchases so they remain separate from the organisation. If you are purposefully buying for the business, the vendor email account may also be used as a customer account.

Use this if you are an approved charity, op shop or seller managing products, stock, sales or business administration.
Start with the Vendor welcome information. Approved users can then sign in, and new vendors can follow the application or onboarding path.
One login, separate profiles
If your login has both customer and vendor access, use the workspace selector after sign-in to move between those profiles. Switching changes the active panel; it does not merge personal purchases with vendor records or grant extra permissions. Vendor users cannot switch to the OSK platform view unless they separately hold an authorised OSK role.
